The Brick Borrow team knows how to keep the fun going! Feel free to build, play, and display your LEGO® set for as long as you'd like - no rush!
With our 'Mystery Set' or ‘Builder’ subscription, you can borrow one set at a time. When you're ready for something new, just send it back and we’ll process it, then email you when you're all set to borrow again.

Need even more LEGO® goodness? Opt for ‘The Master’ subscription, and you’ll get two sets at a time. Double the fun - go you!

Please note that with the Master subscription, you are eligible to borrow two sets at a time. When selecting your sets, you can choose two available sets from our library. These will be boxed and sent together, and they should be returned to us in the same way.

Plus, we offer annual plans for all our subscriptions, so you can save even more pennies while building to your heart’s content!

If you’re new to Brick Borrow, you must complete a three-month apprenticeship before unlocking access to our high-value ‘Hero’ LEGO® sets. During this period, you’ll need to demonstrate responsible borrowing behaviour.

Don’t worry—during these first three months, you’ll still have access to sets valued well above your monthly subscription cost. Completing your apprenticeship helps us ensure you can be trusted with our most valuable sets.

This policy is necessary to protect against theft and loss of high-value sets in the initial subscription period.

Immediate Access with Annual Plans
If you purchase an annual Builder or Master plan, you can access any available Hero Set immediately without completing the three-month apprenticeship or facing borrowing restrictions.

We don’t want anything to spoil your fun. That’s why we go over and above to make sure you get a complete LEGO® set on arrival.

Having a piece or two missing may not spoil your fun as you can probably get your build on anyway. But in the unlikely event that you receive a set with pieces missing, please let us know. Email: hello@brickborrow.com and include the number(s) of the missing brick(s) - found on the last page of the instruction manual. If you could include any pictures that might help us identify the missing piece, too, that would be super helpful!

On the rare occasion a piece is missing, our policy is that every Brick Borrow set should be 100% complete. We can send replacements straight to your door, or if the build isn’t affected, we’ll top it up once it’s returned.

Of course! We’re only human. Sometimes accidents happen and LEGO® pieces go AWOL. Again, please let us know. If it’s one or two pieces or under 10 grams we may be able to replace it from our library at no extra cost to you.

Please be aware, though, that we always check sets on return. If you send a set back with missing pieces over 10 grams or the lost LEGO® piece is rarer, you will be charged the cost price for the replacement pieces and a £5 admin fee. As soon as this balance is settled, you can borrow a new set.

No problem! Brick Borrow subscriptions are fully flexible to fit your needs.

Want to upgrade? You can do it anytime.

Need to pause? We offer up to a three-month pause, and when you’re ready to return, you won’t lose your access to those premium sets.

Want to cancel? Simply send back your set, we’ll check it, and then you’re free to cancel. Just simply email hello@brickborrow.com with your request to cancel.

Remember, whether you're pausing or cancelling, all sets must be returned to us first. We make it easy to keep building on your terms!

When you choose your Brick Borrow set(s), you’ll pay a flat fee of £4.95. This covers both delivery and return shipping—effectively costing you less than £2.50 each way.

Inside every Brick Borrow box, you’ll find a pre-paid Royal Mail Tracked 48 returns label. You can return your parcel by taking it to any local Post Office, or simply scan the label to arrange a convenient collection from your door.

Unlike many other retailers, we make no profit on shipping. In fact, we charge you less than it actually costs us to send and receive your set. We just want to make borrowing LEGO® as easy and accessible as possible!

Purchasing a Brick Borrow Gift Card
Looking to give the gift of LEGO® fun? With Brick Borrow Gift Cards, you can treat someone special to access our entire library of LEGO® sets.

To purchase an eGift Card, head to https://www.brickborrow.com/giftcards - Choose your preferred value, fill in a few details, and decide whether the digital voucher code should be emailed to you or sent directly to the recipient.

We also offer Physical Gift Cards, perfect for a hands-on surprise. These come with a unique code printed on the card, which can be redeemed online. We also provide you with a Brick Borrow greetings card which can be personalised or left plank.

Redeeming Your Gift Card If you’ve received an eGift Card, simply email hello@brickborrow.com with your voucher code and let us know which subscription plan you'd like to sign up for — we’ll handle the rest.

When a friend uses your referral code to sign up and completes their first order, you will receive a free shipping code for your next Brick Borrow order.
